Access to Work
What is Access to work?
Access to Work is a UK government scheme that provides funding to help individuals with disabilities or health conditions remain in work. This can include funding for practical support, such as virtual assistant services, workplace adjustments, or travel assistance.
We specialise in providing virtual assistant support to clients receiving Access to Work funding. You can learn more about the scheme, eligibility, and how to apply via the official Access to Work.
Eligibility:
-
You must live in England, Scotland, or Wales. (Northern Ireland has a similar scheme but operates separately.)
-
You must be 16 or older and in or about to start paid work, including apprenticeships or self-employment.
-
Your health condition or disability must impact your ability to perform your job or travel to and from work.
To apply, you can contact Access to Work through the Gov.uk website or by phone. Once an application is made, an assessment will determine the appropriate support based on individual needs.
